As part of our overseas marketing research, we conducted depth interviews with overseas customers with VOC (Voice of Customer) content generation in mind. We conducted remote interviews with loyal customers in New York, USA and Melbourne, Australia, and simultaneously extracted user insights and produced interview content.

Global UX/Marketing Research of the long-established textile brand "Tatsumura Art Textile" since 1894

UX/marketing research for overseas users of the long-established textile brand "Ryuson Art Textiles," which established a new field of "art textiles" through textile research, restoration and creative obi production since its establishment in 1894. After defining hypothetical personas of overseas users, we conducted quantitative analysis (SEO competitive research, keyword design, Web site UI/UX/EC function research) and qualitative analysis (interview design and execution of depth interviews) under the lead of Ikimono, which is in charge of branding scope. After that, based on the research data mentioned above, persona design and measures were put out by dividing by output categories in Marketing/PR/UI (EC function)/Content/Product.
